Meet Lee Padmore, our Technical Director at the Wellington Phoenix Academy! Lee has a strong background in football development; Lee previously worked as a youth development coach at the Phoenix Academy and held key roles at Mainland Football and Canterbury United. Known for his leadership, coach development and community engagement, Lee aims to continue the Academy’s growth and success, fostering the development of young talent into professional footballers. Lee started in February 2024, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a robust pathway for players. 

Lee has an OFC ‘A’ Licence and is currently completing his OFC Pro Licence.
