Meet Eilish Graves, our Operations Manager at the Wellington Phoenix Academy. First beginning as the Community Officer in March 2021, Eilish took over the running of Football For All and saw it evolve and flourish. She then took on the Operations Manager role in June 2021 before going on secondment to be the clubs Football Operations Manager with our A-League Women’s side for the 22/23 season.

Eilish brings a comprehensive background to the team, holding a Bachelor of Communications, a retired player and coach, and experience supporting various communities. Eilish is passionate about equal access to sports and strives to influence a safe sporting environment for all youth athletes. Eilish believes it is paramount for all athletes at the Wellington Phoenix to feel supported, respected, and empowered.

Eilish was recently selected as one of sixteen delegates world-wide for the U.S Department of State, Sport for Community Program 2024. In her role, Eilish enjoys meeting the Academy players and parents and is committed to continuing to build on these connections so she can better support this community.
