Callum Holmes is our Female Development Lead and Women’s Reserve Team Head Coach. Growing up in Wellington, Callum has a long-standing connection with the club. Callum is passionate about developing young footballers and seeing them progress through their journey.

Callum worked at the Academy as a U17 Lead Coach between 2016 and 2019 before spending two years coaching at Sunderland AFC in England as a u15/U16 coach. Prior to returning to the academy, Callum was the Assistant Coach for the A-League women’s team for the 22/23 and 23/24 seasons.
